Web design is creating a web site with key web usability. All web designers have a design process that involves the layout
and outline of their project. There are a number of
steps involved in the web designing process. All web
designers may have a different method, but some key features
you need to be sure you have are: a sitemap,
the wireframes/ architecture and content.
Sitemap: A sitemap includes all the information that will be listed
on your website. Sitemaps are a way to tell Google about pages
on your site we might not otherwise discover. In its simplest terms, a XML
Sitemap—usually called Sitemap, with a capital S—is a list of the pages on your
website. Creating and submitting a Sitemap helps make sure that Google knows about
all the pages on your site, including URLs that may not be discoverable by
Google's normal crawling process.
Wireframes: Wireframes are black and white web templates of your web pages that identify
where content and imagery will be displayed. A Web wireframe is a simple
visual guide to show you what a Web page would look like. It suggests the
structure of a page, without using any graphics or text.A website wireframe would show the entire site structure - including
what pages link to where.
Content: Web content is the textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience on websites. It may include, among other things: text, images, sounds, videos and animations.

With the
competition on the internet, it’s important that your site is designed with the
best web usability formats there are. For example, users look for an address of
your business either in the header or the footer, be sure to have yours listed
in both areas.SEO is implemented into the content as
well as the images throughout your site. Navigation is most commonly looked for
horizontally on the top of a page. All of these small things need to be
considered when designing a website.
The most important thing is to design a website is to
know what the user is looking for and where they are looking. A user-friendly
website is key; don’t give anyone the chance to question where to go to find
information on your website.
